The restaurant is located on the second floor and is accessed via a lift inside the main building. It offers individual karaoke cubicles as well as tables overlooking George St. Service is both fast and friendly with ordering done via a touchscreen menu.The food is well presented and quite reasonable for the price.

Would highly recommend eating beforehand as food prices are exorbitant and portions are small. Rooms are relatively small and floor is sticky. Microphones don’t work particularly well, the technology in the entire premise needs a refresh in my opinion. Still a decent venue for some karaoke, drinks and light snacks but pricey for what you get.

Bad service, staffs rudely interrupted us when we were on our last song and shouted at us to leave. No air conditioning so the room was very hot. They charged us extra one and half hour fee even we had noticed them one of our friend will come late. What they said is “You guys didn’t told us when will your friends arrive so we do have to charge your friends although your friends didn’t arrive at the beginning. And we asked them to check the CCTV so that we can figure out the time my friend arrived but they rejected it and what they mean is we don’t have right to get the CCTV and tell us to call the police. Terrible experience here and definitely not coming again.

Been here a few times and the food is average but inexpensive and the atmosphere is good. I like the booths which make you feel separated from other customers. Interaction with waiters are rare as they use a computer ordering system which is quite convenient. The karaoke rooms looks well maintained and lively.

If you want good food and karaoke combined. This is where to go.I recommend extending your booking time if you plan to both eat and sing.Food quality is great and reasonably priced.I reserve my criticism for the sound system, although better than most, it is still not the best.I dont like that it compresses the sound of your voice. I also dont like the artificial vibrato. When singing softly at a lower register, the sound doesnt come across as clear. The system doesnt pick up the full depth of a persons vocal abilities.

Probably the best karaoke place in Sydney. Great food, reasonably priced (compared to other places) , good drinks, great song choices (English or other) and an easy to use system. Just make sure you book in advanced! The food is expensive but worth it!

This is probably one of the best karaoke joints I've been to.The song range is fantastic and it plays the music videos in the background for some extra entertainment. Mic volume is great.There wasn't as many food options as I was expecting, but the things we did order were super tasty and brought out efficiently. You order off an iPad in the room and your orders are brought directly to the room.The rooms are a little small for larger groups. It's a tight squeeze to get around the booths and tables.The toilets were in shambles both times I've been here. There definitely needs to be more regular upkeep.You have to pay a deposit upon arrival to the venue and they will take a physical ID. Don't forget to pick these up on the way out!

Good food and efficient service, good karaoke rooms but holy hell the toilets are bad.The urinals are rusty and smell, the bathroom is treated like a closet/bin where all the mops and boxes get thrown into. Dirty mirrors, missing toilet seats, pee all over the floor.Use the bathrooms somewhere else before coming.

If you are going for Karaoke I'm sure this place is great as that was busy.But if you're going just for the restaurant not so great. The menu is not like the website with things missing. The Menu app no longer works and they don't split bills. The service wasn't great but the food and drink was nice although limited.
