I seldom write reviews but felt compelled to acknowledge Wright Dunn real estate for the excellent management I have experienced with them over the last 15 years. The agency owners and their capable staff have assisted me with my property purchases, sales and also leasing in both residential and commercial. Living interstate I rely on their advice and follow up to address any issues with tenants or property, rent collection and also receive a monthly newsletter keeping me up to date with the Canberra market.

I have rented twice now through Wright Dunn and have never had any issues with the staff. They have always been polite, friendly and quick to action any issues I have had with the properties rented. Ash has been great in responding to the problems I have encountered in my current property and has worked hard to resolve them as soon as possible.

I have had my unit managed by Wright Dunn Real Estate since 2006. I have always found the service to be professional and responsive. Kelly has been my most recent property manager and she has gone 'above and beyond' to assist me to care for my place (including when it was vacant and undergoing a renovation that was delayed by lockdown - so they were not even receiving any income throughout that time!). Kelly was so helpful during a stressful period while I was interstate and trying to arrange for things to be ordered and installed with no tenants. I was very grateful for her assistance. Our property manager was Kelly Wilke and I cannot compliment her enough. She was absolutely amazing and always willing to take that extra step to ensure any issue were dealt with quickly and to the highest standard. I would highly recommend anybproperties that Kelly is the manager of and if we ever move back to Canberra I would definitely rent or buy through Wright Dunn again as long as Kelly was my property manager. If I could give Kelly a higher rank than 5 I would, and would go as far as saying she should be property manager of the year.
