Gear came back more damaged than when I took it in, according to staff it was my fault because they told me about it in an email.Gear had two problems when I took it in, and came back with one fixed, the other still broken, and two additional damages due to their repair". It's now worse off than when I took it in.Next time I'll just leave my gear in the road and wait for a bus to run it over

I went to BSG Sound Vision and Lightning to buy a microphone to use with my computer. The staff were very helpful and attentive. When I returned home I discovered that that the device I bought was incomplete to connect to my computer and I had to buy the missing part at another store. It would have been helpful to have all necessary identified initially. The store has a wide range of sound equipment and the staff were knowledgable in their products.

I was looking for a store specialising in sound gear. Not hard to find, easy parking, big store, well staffed. No guitars or other instruments, just microphones, stands, mixers, speakers, and other stuff. And what a range, Wow! I don't know much about sound gear, but Nathan took me through the options and demonstrated the gear. Then he prepared a couple of quotes for different configurations. The prices are very competitive, you're in the running Nathan.

This review is based off two recent purchases that I have made...Their customer service is second to none, their knowledge is incredible, the prices are the best you will find, their shipping is the fastest I have ever experienced and they are just a bunch of legends!I wouldn't buy from anyone else...
