Chris provides great communication and a very professional attitude. Our install was completed today, just two weeks after our first contact. We were incredibly impressed with every aspect of our install, from Matt’s initial sales visit right through to Kris and his team completing the installation.Matt was patient and extremely thorough, he spent far more time with us than others we contacted and that made us far more confident about the service we’d receive going forward.Kris and his install team were exceptional. Kris was also patient and explained everything in detail. I can’t speak highly enough about his work quality and customer service skills. He seemed really invested in the success of the system and made a number of suggestions on how it could be maximised.For us, the whole process was a fantastic experience. We’ve already started referring Virtual Power Co to family and friends.

Shout out to Matty and the team, I just received a surprise personalized gift card after recommending a SVPP to a friend who then had a full Solar & Battery system installed! STOKED!I had my system installed a number of years back and it has run flawlessly since. The after sales service the team provides is second to none, 4 years on and Matty still checks in on me and the family and makes sure everything is running as it should, and keeps me up to date on batteries as I look to get one installed soon. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

At no stage were we unclear about the product, the pricing, the installation or the administration processes. They are exceptional at customer service. On Installation day the team was respectful of the property and efficient - completing the task without mess or fuss. Now we have a beautiful system producing free solar energy. We purchased a battery and received honest advice, good workmanship, workers who knew their job and were careful inside and outside our home. They have a good team who are helpful and polite. Can't recommend them enough.
