We had a concealed water leak and contacted Kevin. He arrived promptly and found that the leak was within the house slab. He had to completely re-route our water supply through the roof cavity and remove some bricks on both ends of the house in order to isolate the original water line. I might add that he hand chiselled the mortar out to avoid breaking the bricks which was appreciated because we had no spares. He then replaced the bricks after repairing the water line. Kevin had two bathrooms to work in as a new renovation. He had to run plumbing for a new sunken bath, three showers and two toilets as well as a number of taps, plus an upgraded new gas system to our hot water unit. Very professional, honest and reliable. Kevin explained clear and concise options and I was very pleased with the overall works completed. Would highly recommend Shailer Park plumbing and will use this company again in the future.

DO NOT HIRE THIS RIP OFF PLUMBER!!!!An appointment was booked for yesterday, Kevin did NOT show up.He showed up this morning with no tool box and tried to rip us off!Not only did he break the washer and try to blame us for it when we watched him put holes in it with his pliers trying to pull it out! He then puts the wrong washer in! Continues to tell us 2 things were broken and he could go and get it but the parts would cost over $100. Basically by the end of this my mum was looking at close to $300. We advised no forget it. He has than argued with my mother at our front door as we refused to pay him as he had FIXED NOTHING!We have just had a plumber leave our premises who confirmed the WRONG WASHER you had put in and nothing else was broken and what do you know... our toilet is fixed and running again. FOR $90!
