The fence was 3 months late initially and then eventually installed incorrectly so it started to show sins of corrosion after only a year. Andrew wasn't pleased but he did replace the fence and has since helped with anti rust solutions.

We could not be happier with Andrew & his team. We had a few issues with approving our glass fence, but Andrew has been great at liaising with our certifier to get a positive result. It's been 10yrs since our glass and metal pool fence was installed and Andrew and Jamie stand by their product. We have rung 2 or 3 times for help with the fence over those years and they always help us quickly and where possible without charge. This Xmas 2019 we managed to smash a glass gate. Even though trades we on holiday break, Jamie was responsive, got the new gate made up as soon as the glass factory reopened on Jan 20 and installed the gate a day later at a price that was very favourable compared to others in the Gladesville area. He also repaired our second gate for no charge and made great recommendations about ways to meet the new compliance we would have to meet following recent construction on our site. In this day and age it is so unusual to receive quality, old-fashioned, caring service like this over 10yrs. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

We had new roller gates & fencing installed by this business in 2003. The end result was fantastic. 14 years later, apart from a little colour fade, they still look great. We were concerned about the roller gate but have had no issues at all.

Andrew doesn't stand by his product warranty and when it is faulty will make YOU feel awful for trying to get it repaired under warranty and then he'll ignore you if you let him.

Andrew is easy to deal with and priced more then fairly. He stands by his product and I have referred him to many friends who are also more then happy with their new glass pool fencing.
