The Upside on Prospect
Went here a couple of weeks ago and had a long black and a croissant eggs benedict. It was great and the coffee was fantastic. Has nice staff and a good outdoor eating area, I definitely recommend it.

A well situated breakfast cafe with good food and friendly service.We came here for some warm food on a cold morning and got exactly that. It's a nice run-of-the-mill place with friendly staff. Maybe lunch is more of a unique stand-out; I'd be happy to come back and give it another goGive it a go, it's a nice place

Flavour filled deliciousness. Very friendly service and a welcoming environment. Right in the heart of Prospect road, and pet friendly. Whether you want to people watch the activity on Prospect road and soak in the weather, or enjoy the warm and cosy indoors, either way it's an enjoyable space to drink a well made coffee (with all of the different milk options) and enjoy a filling and tasty meal. The Upside clearly pride themselves on delivering healthy vego options that are full of flavour. We would certainly come here again.

Situated on a good location, The Upside is a nice cafe to try. Friendly staff plus didn’t have to wait too long for food to be served. Good menu selection - I ordered buttermilk pancakes with maple bacon and partner ordered their soup ‘special of the day’ (roasted pumpkin). Pancakes were a tad dry, could do with maple syrup on the side. Pumpkin soup had a lovely flavour. Coffee is average. Willing to come again to try other food options.

Great food and portions. Coffee was a little bitter. Nice touch with blankets to use when outside as it was quite cold today.Breakfast Cobb was great!

Really enjoyed my vegan mushroom/pumpkin on toast. It was absolutely delish and smeared with almond butter which just added so much yummyness. Also enjoyed their peanut butter cups

It's truly an amazing cafe to have a meal. We visited this place for the first time during the weekend to have breakfast, and great food quality impressed us. Smashed avo and brekkie roll were more than tasty along with nice coffee. The staff was friendly and warm, and outdoor sitting had a nice street view.

The Upside on Prospect
I came here by myself about a month ago, I ordered the eggs benedict on a croissant. It was quite delicious, I especially enjoyed the hollandaise sauce. But my eggs were way over cooked for poached eggs, so that was a shame.The coffee was good, different milk options were available.The staff were quite friendly.
