Amazing doctor, but the pharmacist gave us medicine which expired 3 months ago. Definitely check the medicines before taking them.

This is the first time I've left a review and I've never felt so neglected of customer service in my life and not only that they've literally given me the wrong Covid vaccine and it's all over my mygov immunization statements. I asked for Moderna, they confirmed multiple times and I repeated the same, and then look back and the statement was completely wrong and they told me not to worry about what's written down, it's pretty much the same.Do not go here for vaccines, completely unprofessional.

Love the service there, the pharmacists there are very knowledgeable and provide a one on one service. unlike big pharmacies the wait is reasonable and the staff knows you by name.Great work Raff and the rest of the staff! very handy to have a pharmacy inside the medical center!

I was lucky enough to be at the Grand Opening of the Oakden Pharmacy. I have now had prescriptions filled there three times and each time I have had great service. The pharmacists already know all the GPs and specialists in the facility. This is a big advantage over the larger pharmacies who focus more on volume business. I too do not like to leave bad reviews, but must this time. Usually good, this time dispensing Pharmacist Christine was arrogant and rude and would not listen to me as to what was usual procedure and to come back Tuesday after public holiday. Trouble is need heart medication before then. Christine, it is not possible to leave less than one star, if I could, I would.Will have to ring Raf -

I recently switched from a chain pharmacy store that were terrible with proceedure and service and am loving the difference at Oakden Pharmacy. They are friendly, know me by name, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They remind me of how pharmacies used to be before they became chain stores. They don't sell a bunch of unnecessary products, they take care of your medicinal needs. There service is wonderful and I do not have a doctor at the facility but they stay in contact with her as I have a Webster pack which they deliver. Switching to Oakden Pharmacy was the best decision I've made in a long time.

You will not find a better pharmacy to go to, the staff are knowledgeable, extremely helpful, friendly and very competitive pricing is an added bonus. They provide a very personalized service for every customer that walks through the door, I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough.

A pharmacy that knows and understands it's clients and treats them with empathy and compassion. Always greeted with a friendly smile and a conversation. Sometimes my visit here is the highlight of my day :-(
