Terrible service, I emailed my requirements to PLE for a $2.5k order, it took two chasing phones calls to get a repose and both times lack lustre engagement. I was promised a quote same day so I could collect the same day, despite this no quote arrived. Terrible service. I went to MWave, amazing service and worth paying the $60 deliver.

This review is for an employee that no longer works for you. This employee helped me save about 2000 dollars on a build around 7k initially (and for almost exactly the same performance!). I assume this help in saving customers a lot of money resulted in this decision to remove this employee. Gotta squeeze every penny!

I just wanted to do a shout out to Jack L who works in Wanaga PLE. I recently built a new PC and unfortunately had the MB fail.Jack helped diagnose the issue correctly by testing multiple possibilities. He was able to identify the MB as the culprit which he then swapped out the same day. This was after hours and hours of stress and failed attempts by myself (PC builders know what I mean)My epic gaming PC is now firing on all cylinders!

Just got off a very disappointing call with PLE computers. I had ordered a graphics card with same day delivery, I hadnt gotten a notice through saying that it had been picked up.After waiting on hold for 25 minutes I was informed by the sales rep that they had forgotten to dispatch my order. After another wait all they said they could do was get it to me as soon as possible and they might be able to do something about the delivery charge.I was admittedly a bit upset because I had done nothing wrong when I asked for more info about what could be done I started being told that it wasnt forgetting it was more human error. Please take accountability for your actions.

Prices were OK, and it's good to support a local business...BUT...waiting in line for more than half an hour for a click and collect order isn't good enough (AFTER scanning the QR code when I arrived - which had zero effect!!). Next time I will just order online from a retailer who knows what they're doing, this was simply too inconvenient.

Only popped in for an online click and collect which was serviced by an automatic kiosk which I found to be an amazing and seamless feature. Saved on having to queue up and gets brought out when ready, staff interaction at the end was pleasant and prompt.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff and very competitive pricing. Will be getting all my PC gear from here now. I had one issue with a failed part, and after a short delay for them to test and confirm, they replaced it without issue. Highly recommend.

Really bad customer service.Bought a PC, and they swapped parts without contacting me at all.And some parts not even working.When I came back to the store they given me the run around and trying to make it my fault.You should not shop with them.Spend your money elsewhere.
