I had my gas system die recently and decided to contact energymakeovers as I was aware of the government scheme for heat pumps. From the initial conversation with the contact centre to the installation I was very pleased and blown away with the service they provided. I was even offered free energy efficient products which I was unaware of. Thank you to charlie and the team in the contact centre and Rogelio the electrician, I highly recommend energymakeovers

Had organised for a new shower head and draft stop for front door.They used a stick on draft stop on an unstable door and the shower head is sitting on the bench in the bathroom.Was not able to replace shower as they never took into account that the arm being soo old, might not accommodate the new shower head.Complete waste of time and money

I am so happy with the LED upgrade. Adrian the electrician installed them. He was excellent, very polite and happy to help. I have so much more light now, I would recommend the switch.

I had the light bulb and fan shield makeover. The service was great and I'm very happy. Took 1 star off for the restrictions on the air conditioner offer and the hot water replacement being too restrictive so I couldn't get them.

I changed my bulbs the electrician was very polite and efficient But they Invoiced me an additional call out fee $66/- as they do not change bulbs with a small base and I was under the 20 bulb threshold. So now I am out of pockets as I still have to change those bulbs myself.

RIght from the first call regarding the governent $33 lights replacement to the final replacement of more than 58 globes it has been a very friendly proffessial service.This company is highly recommended and be quick before the goverment pulls the plug like they did in Victoria.

Excellent service from both the sales staff and the Electrician that installed the lights. We couldn't be happier. The Electrician arrived on time was very friendly and installed all of the globes without any trouble.

Marinella was the consultant who visited our premise. She explained everything to us and was very patient in answering our questions. After that the team at Energy Makeovers arranged for an electrician to come out and do the job. From the start to finish the communication was outstanding from the team at EM. A pretty good deal for LED lights, and despite some issues making everything clear with their call centre and the first booking cancelled pretty late in the piece once it was rescheduled it all went well. Electrician Rogelio was very easy to deal with and professional so we ended up getting the rest of the house done later but I made sure he did the work too then as well.
