I would just like to share my experience with George who is the chemist from good price pharmacy at Stockland Shellharbour. George is one of the most helpful kind person I have had the pleasure of meeting his knowledge and information of medicines has been extremely helpful to myself and for my mum who has quiet a few ailments. While George and his brilliant family of staff Jordan Ashley Teagan Ashley Madison Vicky and while they working there this will be the place I will be going to for a long time to come. George is defiantly an asset to this pharmacy along side with Jordan they are a great team

I have been shopping here since moving to Shell Cove 9 years ago. Earlier this week I bought a tube of Sensodyne Toothpaste and when I arrived home and unpacked my shopping I realised I had picked up the wrong one. I always get asked if I want a receipt at checkout and never take one or a bag (saving on paper/plastic bags). I took the toothpaste back today to exchange it and they wouldn’t because I didn’t have my receipt. The box was absolutely immaculate and had obviously not been opened. I will now not be shopping here. They also lost a sale today as I was going to buy some hand cream, painkillers and some vitamins. Shame!I have changed my review to 4 stars.Very happy with outcome. So glad that I will be continuing to shop here. It should have been 5 stars, but staff were obviously not aware of exchange rules. Learning curve for them. Thank you for getting back to me so promptly, exchange already made.

This is my first online review I have ever given.I went in today to buy some cold drops for my little one who has caught the same cold my husband has had this week (who tested negative for Covid-19). Aside from a clear runny nose and little cough from her runny nose). The pharmacist took it upon himself to very rudely and abruptly lecture me on being an irresponsible parent.Should he have nicely recommended that I have her tested for Covid-19, I would have appreciated the advise. Instead to come at me so aggressively was absolutely disgusting.You are not a doctor, and have no right to speak to people that way!Don’t forget aside from Corona Virus, we are in cold and flu season and my daughter suffers asthma but you would not hear of it...you just spoke over me.Worst chemist I have ever been too!

Good prices also willing to price match. Nice staff. Good variety but wish they had more of a selection of protein powders.

I am about to relocate to Sydney and I wanted to say a special thank you and farewell to Pharmacist George @ Shellharbour! I have many complex health issues and I couldn't have asked for a more caring, helpful and considerate Pharmacist to help me navigate my way through all my meds and needs. I was going to a competitive pharmacy and then discovered George at GPPW and there has been no looking back. As much as I am looking forward to my move I will miss George and all the staff at Shellharbour who are all wonderful and incredibly helpful. I will be endeavouring to find another George in my new location but I think you are one of a kind lol. Even turning carpenter at one stage putting up protective screening with the onset of COVID to protect staff and customers always your priority. Thanks for all the help you have provided me for what feels like years.

Great staff and definately the cheapest pharmacy in Illawarra. George the pharmacist is so kind and Diana (staff) is friendly and helpful, as are other staff Ive met here. It's worth knowing that the Chemist Warehouse is NOT the cheapest around. This pharmacy will match any prices and are generally lower, and not as busy so you get in and out quickly.
