We are regular customers to this pharmacy and the service is always second to none. Joseph is a credit to the pharmacy; he will always go above and beyond to help us out. Much appreciated.

Always have friendly staff on the counter, Anita (pharmacist) was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Had 2 shots in 2 days and all super efficient and available.

I'm still shocked how I got treated by the staff in this pharmacy about a month ago. I ran out of my thyroid medication and my usual pharmacy did't have any and told me I have to wait until Monday (it was Saturday). I urgently needed the medication as I had completely run out. Mind you, I was 9 months pregnant at that time and not taking prescribed thyroid medication can lead to developmental issues in the baby and more.Later that day I went to Allambie Heights to pick up a pram (legally leaving my 5km restriction radius as baby and nursery supplies are deemed essential) so I was hoping to find my medication in the pharmacy there. While they did have my prescription medication available in the Allambie Compounding Pharmacy they simply refused to serve me because I was more than 5km away from my home (probably around 8km), they accused me of shopping around" and did not show any kind of compassion for my situation. I was left without my medication for the whole weekend and let me tell you

The team at Allambie Compounding Pharmacy are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I recently had to solve a tricky issue around one of my prescribed medications and Di was more than happy to speak to my GP so that they could work together to provide a solution for me. Highly recommend this Pharmacy, they are a huge asset to the community!
