Love shopping here. Always have a great experience even when we are just window shopping. They have a great selection of clothing and bags. It's a place to spoil that someone special. I love their fragrances. There is always a unique story behind every piece which I love. Great service which the staff aren't pushy at all and very accommodating. Thank you everyone at the Pacific Fair Store.

Poor service and wouldn't stand behind their overpriced products. Hope other LV stores are better managed. Told my daughter she must be wearing the bracelet the wrong way! As ridiculous as it sounds that's what the Manager said.Just an update....tried discussing the above further with their online WhatsApp....6hrs later no response.

My first visit to the store and was pleasantly surprised . The service for the whole experience was impeccable. There is a staff assigned to you throughout the store . Mine was friendly, helpful and patient.The store also had a designer who explained to me the personalised services available.They allow you to take photos but not videos (I asked). I just wished they served champagne given its festive seasons :)Will be back for sure . And lesson learnt, book ahead for an appointment so you dont have to wait in the line outside.

Wow! Only thing I can say, Sebastian’s customer service was graceful nonetheless, I would go as far as to say it was impeccable. This review will be 5 stars. we also received business tips from Sebastian and advice about travelling to Spain.

I went to the shop twice in the same day. The first time excellent service and we bought a bag.And a few minutes later I went back to the shop again. I saw a Chinese sales lady with short hair, I thought we both speak Chinese must be easier to communicate, but it is the worst experience ever, very poor customer service and never smile, she is unhappy to answer my questions at all. She ruined my holiday in Gold Coast.
