Staff absolutely the best. So many specials. Great range of everything. Tents are really good here and everything for camping hiking and fishing.

We had bought Oztrail getaway camp chairs for our kids for christmas and had used them on one camp trip (7nights). The chairs had all started to rip in the same section on the arms where stitching was. We had shown staff and had asked for refund, sales staff (sienna) i think her name was, was very polite and said she would just get the manager. staff (Sam) and manager came down to front, didnt look at us, checked over the chairs, sam told us there was going to be no refund only store credit as we changing our minds. (which we were not changing minds but returning a 4 faulty chairs) 4/5 of our chairs had ripped in same place. Sam stood there and argued with us about getting the refund. We were told we were only getting a refund for 4/5 chairs as the 1 chair hadnt ripped. She then told us “the manager” said its suss and that we had miss used the chairs as they ripped in same place. Anaconda Rutherford manager was not introduced to us, nor spoke to us directly, left their staff to do their dirty work, very unprofessional and rude stating we misused the chairs. (We sat in the chairs for a week camp trip so not sure how that was misusing it) but personally thought it was rude to accuse us of this. However after fighting for our refund which we were entitled to have as items were faulty, we got it and can happily say we will never be shopping at anaconda rutherford again.

During lockdown, decided to buy a couple of bikes to ride around our estate for exercise. 25 yrs since riding a bike , I rang Anaconda Rutherford for advice.They were soo busy, and bikes as rare as buying a new car these days!Got to speak to their Bike guru Tynan. He was so very helpful, that I was confident enough to purchase the bike he recommended for me, plus ordered a bike for hubby along with helmets and accessories.Communication was great and I was kept informed by Tynan and Tara throughout my two transactions of when my purchases would be available to collect. I did ring a few more times to make further enquiries, and all staff I spoke to so lovely whilst being very busy.My bike was last one in stock and hubby's was on a wait list, but came quickly.Our Fluid bikes Expedition and Nitro were well built by Anaconda, great value and quality buying them and accessories on sale. We both joined their free rewards club and used our $10 welcome vouchers on our bikes.I certainly recommend this business for great customer service, and price.

Ordered a watch on the Anaconda website at a very good price. A few days after doing so, Anaconda advises me via email that they can't fulfil my order with no reason given, and that they will refund my money. The item is still posted on their website at a higher price. Very poor form Anaconda. You should have honoured my purchase.

Ruined My dayI went to Anaconda Rutherford yesterday. 1st time visit Anaconda after joined Adventure Club the day before.I asked for the price for pair of ski pants with one of staff name Shawn, I asked Sorry do you have a discount for this one?" then He said "whats brand" I said "Its 37 Degrees". He said "Look at the sign what they say

Was browsing for a few items to go away with for the weekend and got stalked by two employees, every where I went they followed. Was going spend a bit of money but they made me feel very uncomfortable. Thursday, 27th, 2023, 3:40pm two dark headed girls, first was in the chair/tent section, then the fridge section then the gas/cooking section. Pathetic of them. Will never be shopping there again.
