We were very lucky to be introduced to Katherine and I cannot say how happy we are that we decided to engage her as our settlement agent.We went to her for advise on a few properties we were considering, before finalising one. Being first home buyers and completely new to the process, we had many many questions that might have frustrated most others. Katherine was always genuinely happy to advise and guide us and her responses were always, prompt and detailed.
