My wife has had her nails done 3 times and her eyeliner tattooed, all by Sandy.All the work she has done has been professional and immaculate.Her nails have come out just like she asked them to each time and a numbing agent was applied before her eyeliner was tattooed on so she felt no pain.My wife will be going back again.The pic is of my wife and daughter getting their nails done together:)

The nail team have done an amazing job on my nails. Highly impressed with the attention to detail, care and time they spent getting my nails perfect. I get my nails done every fortnight, and this is by far the best experience and nails I've had. Absolutely love.

Nothing like a good pedicure to make you feel alive again.Efficient, friendly but only annoying thing is cash only. I hate that I have to take money out of handy teller which costs me $2.50. I won't go back. I ONLY PAYWAVE

The customer service in this salon is poor at best. Staff were rude to clients who didn’t opt for Shellac. It was honestly bizarre, the way they spoke to you was something I have never experienced in Townsville, just so unprofessional. I have been in here a couple of years ago and it’s just a completely different place.

Waited an hour for a pedicure, I explained I couldn't wait any longer the owner didn't acknowledge or look at me when I was saying sorry I couldn't wait any longer. Because of her absolute rudeness I won't be back. Disgusting behaviour from a business owner
