Shocking experience! I went there fasting and noticed there are 12 people in front of me. I waited for 40 minutes and still there were 10 people in front of me. After being frustrated I asked the receptionist politely to give back my referral because of the long waiting time. All she said was yes

Marginally better than Too Ryde DHM (which is awful). Be prepared to wait several hours for a basic blood test if you have to attend in the morning.

Clearly understaffed which makes wait times long. Last two visits I waited 45-60 minutes. Staff are kind and friendly so I really do feel for them when the line is out the door.I have never fainted or had an issue with needles/blood tests but the room was very warm which I think caused me to faint. Staff handled it okay but obviously no procedure in place to alert other staff to help when this happens.Nurse informed me I was the third to faint in the last couple of hours and thinks it’s because the aircon isn’t working.

I was the 3rd person on the queue and it took them exactly 80 minutes before they could take my blood sample. Full of excuses traffic, accident etc. I was even suggested to go to Laverty next time.I think I will take their advise and will never set foot at the Gladesville branch.Very bad experience!!!

Shocking system. Pick a number and sit down and shut up, basically. No smile. No nothing. Not filled with confidence in these people. They don't even have a water cooler! Been waiting. And fasting. Thirsty!

Very good and helpful staff but this place is understaffed for sure. Long qeues specially in the mornings.Staff get tired as it is super crowded.I don't think I will go there anymore until I see a big change.It usually takes 40, 50 minutes until it is your turn.They need to do something about it.

The nurse who collected my blood is professional and well courtersy. Despite, the receptionists who I do reccommend to get training in customer service area.

Where to start.... staff polite yes 5 stars, but they not train to handle overseas patient, I asked for a form to fill out to receive my results and I didn't, I payed up front over 500$ didn't even receive a confirmation and got both arms stubbed due to complication? Poor skills

No waiting time when I went which was great. However, the whole place seemed rather disorganised, understaffed and basic. It felt like I had just walked into a temporary pop-up clinic… Although the person who took my bloods tried to show some empathy (I get anxious around needles), they seemed to be rather distracted (lots of social chatting with other staff members) and rushed. The procedure was more painful than I had previously experienced with other centres and left me with some painful bruising. I won’t be back if I can avoid it.
