Went to pick up a prescription and felt judged by staff members, I also overheard them laughing about a customer who was picking up a prescription for balding and general sickness. The male pharmacist during the day is excellent, unfortunately I feel uncomfortable going back again.

These ladies (and gentleman with the most amazing accent) go above and beyond for my partner and I every single time , I’m unsure of all names yet but the ladies on the 11th of May were about to close my fiancée has a very serious leg infection and I was sent for a very last minute script I arrived at 6:59 they still served me and one of girls obviously copped a customer having a bad day whom took it out on the staff they really didn’t deserve it and I can’t recommend them more highly one of the ladies whom I still have to thank actually saved me from hospital diagnosing a severe ankle infection before the doctors did! And two years ago I was unable/ not allowed to drive but they went out of their way to drop a script personally to my door in Annie’s landing ! Never had that before! Eternally grateful in many respects.

The team here are absolutely fantastic, the extra service given to me to make sure I understand the medication and treatment I am on was next level. Great service and a local Aveley pharmacy that I will all use. 5 stars every time!

Woman who served me was so sick. Coughed in to her hands and took the box off the shelf I needed. I had asked her to use sanitizer and she said that she was but I didn't see her put any on in the couple of seconds between coughing and serving me. Some people who come in to the pharmacy have low immune system or are very old or mum's for babies the last thing they want is to catch some bug from the person serving them. Stay home!!

Living locally to this chemist I have been in a fair few times and on every occasion they have always been very quick to serve me as well as always been very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend :)

Convenient as it’s close and near shopping centre. Prices seem a little bit more expensive then some of the discount chemists. My last experience was pretty poor as I felt like I was being interrogated over a packet of tablets I needed for hay fever....last time I checked they didn’t require a prescription...

Better than using the Mega Chemist Warehouse. Actual face to face service in an environment that actually feels professional and personnel
