Cara is very warm, knowledgeable and thorough. She clearly explains what she will be doing, the areas she is targeting and why. Prior to commencing with Cara I had various long term ongoing issues and Cara has helped me immensely. I am getting fantastic results and appreciate her genuine caring concern. I always leave Cara feeling so refreshed and relaxed and most importantly more freely mobile. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
