First class service Campervan was presented well woman in the airport ( Monday afternoon) was courteous and pleasant . Would highly recommend.Gave us a lift to the airport

Excellent service at Hertz Launceston. Great vehicle to drive while waiting for insurance assessment.

Have now rented three times from Autorent Launceston:Service is great, pick up at the airport this time was there when we arrived, otherwise it's a 5 to 10 minutes wait. Their site is just 2 minutes drive, easy to pickup and return the camper. There is a petrol station close by to refill on return.Campervans were clean and fit for the purpose. Ideally a front wheel truck would be better for the dirt roads. The van we had was a bit of a guzzler, averaging 20l/100km, but it really got us everywhere, and the assisted traction control helps on the rugged terrain.The outfit, duna and pillow and extra cover is great, despite close to zero temperatures, and no heater in the Van ( yes we got the budget one ) we managed to get a good sleep.Last trip, a small stone hit the front screen, leaving a chip in front of the driver, no insurance covers this, and I knew that. The repair was at a really fair price. Thanks.See you on our next tripJust back from our latest trip. Same great Company, same great campervan, same great service. This time extra challenge: SNOW and WIND. The campervan managed both very well.Dropping back the campervan is always very easy and quick process, so we had plenty of time at the airport.Looking forward to next trip in your campervan. Maybe this time we'll upgrade.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This campervan has been our home for the past 5 days and it has been everything we've needed. We've stayed at a powered site once when we were at cradle mountain so we could use the heater and recharge the power but every other night we have just stayed at free camp sites with toilets which has been great to save us money. My only critique is that I wish there was a curtain across the opening to the bed as the light coming in from the roof window thing can be quite bright which makes it hard to nap during the day or sleep early at night (daylight savings doesn't agree with me).

No car available when we got there as we had not booked one. They bent over backwards to get a car for us. Very helpful staff. Perfect

The service I received from Colleen and Ben at Hertz Launceston Downtown was exceptional. The company I had rented through contacted me 3 hours prior to the Monday morning collection to advise that they didn’t have a car and could not help me. I called numerous operators at Launceston Airport who had no stock available due to the peak period. I then walked into the Hertz Office and explained my situation. Whilst there was no readily available cars, they were able to source a dual cab Ute from their airport branch and have that site turnaround and prepare the vehicle within 90 minutes for collection. A great customer experience that got our holiday back on track. Thank you so much for your understanding and assistance.

Without a doubt this was the best experience I've had with a vehicle rental company. The staff went above and beyond their duty to make our experience pleasant. They had even contacted me after the trip to advise that I had left some items in the vehicle and offered to post them back to me. The campervan itself was in excellent condition and had only traveled over 15,000km. The layout was great with the design maximizing the space inside which made for a comfortable and pleasant holiday.I would highly recommend AutoRent Hertz. I will definitely be calling on them in the future.

Hands down the best experience we've had with a car rental! We rented a campervan for 8 nights. It was well equipped and extremely comfortable. The team at AutoRental were brilliant, they made the process super easy and were great when we accidentally broke a hinge on the awning. Renting cars is always so nerve wracking when you're terrified they might try and charge you for stuff, but we were so assured that the team was professional and laid back. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone travelling from Launceston and I would personally go through these guys again!

We had issues with the car we picked up from Launceston Airport, and dropped into the city branch for help. Ben & Bruce were incredibly helpful, charming and we left feeling really valued as customers, with a new rental car to boot. Excellent service and a lovely welcome to Launceston!
