Zero stars. No time given to consider. Told to sign up. No thought or consideration given to client for any reason to ‘cool off’ not even for mental health issues. Don’t believe it is a heart smart based platform. But are only interested in taking your money. I have repeatedly asked for cancellation and refund for mental health issues and they stand firm with NO.Think very hard before you join cause your stuck with it and it is an very large sun of money to lose. For me their attitude and the stress of the cost is adding to my anxiety issues.

I have just read the other individuals review of this company particularly over the past year and I totally agree.I felt like I was given the hard sell at the start and was given 1 hour to decide whether to sign up or not. The terms of conditions whilst provided and explained was not explained fully.When I fell pregnant, I decided to stop and asked for a refund. I was told to just put my membership on hold until the baby came and If I still wanted out at that point they would discuss a refund. Although I was ready after my baby was born, I kept getting calls asking for my membership to restart as they couldn’t hold it anymore. When I asked for the refund as previously discussed, they said no we don’t offer that and so they started me with a new coach.It has been 5 weeks and I don’t do anything as I have post natal depression, in financial difficulties and have recently experienced 3 family member deaths in the past 4 weeks.For a company that say they care about the whole person and not just the physical aspect of fitness, they are clearly showing that they don’t care. In fact I feel like they are pushing me further towards a downward spiral that I may not recover from.It is clear that this company only cares about money and nothing else. I feel cheated and bullied by them.For the others that have complained and Brought them to court or Ombudsman, can we perhaps join together and do a class action to bring them down??

I have thoroughly enjoyed using the Miyagi program. Information has been appropriately sequenced throughput my learning journey so it is user friendly and useful.My coach Krystle lead me through the information, including diet and exercise programs so it was meaningful.I am able to review information from the modules in the members lounge and ask questions to group members, watch information casts or message my coach for further information or clarity.My coach Krystle is always bright, helpful and responsive. Her weekly reviews are always welcomed and give me further insights into what l can do to get the best results for me.I have found that all the coaches are genuinely caring, extremely knowledgeable and willing to learn.Everything about this program is doable, as exercises and diet can be modified to suit the needs of the user.It takes you on a self awareness journey that allows to do a reality check on your physical, mental, social/emotional health and how they relate to habits and lifestyle choices.The biggest takeaway for me is that what l learn in this program will help me make positive and flexible and long term healthy habits and that being flexible and having a plan B is not a bad thing.Most of all it has taught me to appreciate, love and value myself and to know that l am worth it.Kymm Madden

I signed up for this program and received 2 sessions. When I couldn't make one session, there was no attempt to re-book me however they continued to take payment. When I reached out via the Miyagi website and via email, I had no response. Eventually they did offer for me to 'restart' the program but again I heard nothing since. Miyagi and Heart Smart are the same company. Terrible experience.

This company is full of scam artists trying to take your money without providing the service they are selling. They lie and only care about money. They have been reported to Fair trading, ACCC and the healthcare complaints commission so I would stay away from signing up

I found the whole experience worthwhile and rewarding. Although a bit expensive for some budgets, it was worth the money to be healthier and fitter. No fad diets, just healthy eating and exercise, as well as commitment and effort from me. I have a new understanding and mindset about food, nutrition, and exercise. My coach's advice was always easy to understand and follow, and the weekly check-in calls were extremely beneficial. I am healthier and much fitter than I have been in a long time.

The Miyagi coaching system is good. The accountability is so good. The coaches talking and helping you every step as much or as little as you need. I feel I have someone in my corner just for me, no agenda just help. The app works great to track fitness and food. My coach can see it all. Recommended if you need the personal touch. Georgia is my Coach nothing is a problem for her and that is really helpful. She has come up with some good ideas for my menu's and fitness.

It was a big step for me, investing in the Miyagi program a little over 3 months ago, but boy has it been worth it. I was a mess due to countless lockdowns, my business seriously impacted, and an unhealthy lifestyle. My amazing Miyagi coach, Jess, has been pivotal in helping me completely shift my mindset on so many levels, namely fitness, nutrition, and essential daily habits that include such things as clearing the mind, understanding macros, and even simple things as drinking more water and getting a good night's sleep. The weekly coaching calls are gold, too, that have been not only enjoyable but which have kept me on my toes. I'm now 9kg lighter after about 14 weeks, a lot fitter and stronger, sharper mentally and more energetic. Pretty sure I'll achieve my original goal to have lost 15kg by the end of the 6-month program. HIGHLY recommend this program and I thank the Miyagi team wholeheartedly, especially magnificent coach Jess.

I'm really not seeing any value for the $2200+ investment I am making. My nutritionist is lovely, but I haven't learned anything I didn't already know. For anyone enquiring, I would advise against signing under the high pressure sales pitch as there is no cool down period. There are far less expensive options for weight loss.My initial enquiry was due to thinking this group was associated with The Heart Foundation, so I feel pretty misled, but I am stuck with paying it off nowPlease learn from my mistake.
