Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Launceston Airport

Adele went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect cars for my needs at the last minute. I was in a bind after my previous rental booking was unexpectedly cancelled, but she ensured that my travel plans went smoothly. I highly recommend Enterprise car rental for their exceptional service.

Picking up and returning the car was easy. The staff were helpful and polite.I was a bit disappointed with the Rav 4 which had no navigation! Enterprise want you to pay extra for this. What modern car does not come with navigation these days? My colleagues who rented via Hertz and Avis had cars with navigation.

Great deals, great company and the staff were friendly!We picked up a car from Hobart Airport that made whining noise when accelerating (only in a long drive). We ended up getting another car (a better car) and shout out to the Representative who kindly gave us 30 mins from her busy evening to finalise the replacement.

We collected our car in Launceston and we’re immediately bombarded with the staff member trying to have us pre our have a tank of fuel so as we could return it empty and “save” a few cents on filling it up. He also tried to get us to purchase additional insurance even through we prepaid for it all when booking on line. We had booked a new model of a particular vehicle as we are a large family group travelling with older grandparents, we didn’t get the car we paid for, instead and older model of another somewhat similar vehicle which had several marks, bumps, cracks and peeling paint on it. Overall the car was comfortable but defiantly needs to be removed from the fleet as it was experiencing issues with the brakes towards the end of the trip and didn’t feel right to drive. Not sure I would rent a car through this company again- it was definitely one of the harder to collect vehicles we’ve ever rented.

Very easy and smooth car rental experience in Launceston. Concierge manning the desk was very helpful, professional, transparent and funny. Better priced than all competitors for car rebral in Tasmania. Would definitely hire from them again

The best customer service I have ever received in Australia. Shanice who served us at the counter was very friendly and efficient. She explained everything we needed to know and yet it was still a fast process. We even received an email from Enterprise during our rental to make sure everything was going alright. The drop off process was very straightforward too. The car we received was a brand new SUV with less than 10k kms. Overall a very pleasant experience, will definitely rent with Enterprise again!

Richard at the Launceston Tasmania rental desk greeted us very professionally, he was friendly and gave us information on the places we planned to visit. He explained clearly and simply the terms of the hire vehicle and costs we were going be charged.A very good experience at the start of our holiday picking up a rental car with no hassle. Drop off was just easy as we returned it to the same spot as we picked the car up from. They have a drop box to return the car keys if counter is unattended.
