I have been a customer for 3 years and placed >20 orders online. It is the first time I was told 1 gift only per household and first time asked for credit card number with ccv by email.I am 100% sure the only reason why La Prairie did this is they do not want to honor their gift with purchase Black Friday sale.La Prairie team, If you do not want to give customer gift then just do not do gift with purchase sales. You wasted everyone’s time! I introduced all my friends to join this sale as I want them to try how good your products are. But now everyone has to cancel their orders. Well done La Prairie! You are now famous for your lack of credibility.

Worst online shopping experience ever! I placed an order on Black Friday via La Prairie AU website, and got an email from La Prairie AU threating me that they are holding my order until I provide them a copy of my drivers licence or a copy of my credit card with CCV! It is totally illegal! To my knowledge, it breaks not only Australia Law, but also European Law. LP must believe their company is too famous that they can violate the Laws!

worst online purchase experience ever.LP marketed themselves as one of the most prestigious brand but actually doing low level actions against their cutomers.Long story short, paticipated in the black friday event, processed with all available codes ended up 5 sample items in total, it was accepted when checked out, today when I received the box there is only 4 samples, emailed CS for an explaination but I believe there will be none.No matter how good your products are, if this is how you treat your customers, we all know where your company will end up.WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LP ANYMORE, I encourge you all do the same.

I would give less stars if I could.The salesperson on the counter at David Jones Kotara NSW was extremely rude. After indicating that I was waiting for somebody to serve me at the counter, she kept me waiting for more than 10 minutes at the counter whilst she spoke to another sales assistant, and then when she did serve me, would not allow me to sample the body spray, as she asked me was I intending to purchase, and I explained that I wanted to try the scent before opening a gift I had received.I returned to the store a few days later to return the body spray I had received as a gift because I did not want to open the package without sampling the scent first. The same sales assistant made the return process awkward and difficult also, which I later had to sort out the issue she had created with the transaction with DJ’s customer service, and didn’t even offer for me to keep the samples that I had brought back in the original packaging that the gift was purchased with.I have no idea about the product as it seems you have to commit to some sort of purchase prior to being allowed to sample the product. The the premium price that is being charged this seems a little unfair.

La Prairie Australia treats paying customers like we are thieves.They also lure you into buying with misleading promotions and does not deliver their promise citing hidden T&Ss.From what I observed, they need an urgent audit of their privacy procedures and a complete overhaul of their attitude towards customers.Australian customers should not be shortchanged or treated any differently than those in Europe and other countries.For anyone consider buying from La Prairie Au, I suggest avoid humiliating yourself and take your custom elsewhere.update: I wrote to them asking for missing item and never heard back. Unbelievable!

That is such a TERRIBLE shopping experience and customer service I ever had!if i can rate negative i would no hesitate to do it! I’m new to la prairie, as nowadays the pandemic we are lock down at home, we can’t even go to the shop to try the products and also it’s not cheap , so I firstly purchased the skin caviar to try, my skin is accept and I read through the instructions,better with the Luxe Cream , so I place second order to purchase it on the 18/04, I been waited 11 days and haven’t received any notice about the item. so I contacted the customer service. That’s the worest !No explanation no apologise! how can they cancel my order without noticing me and I already paid!no communication with customer! im buying a SKIN CARE products! I can’t imagine what happen of the after sell service! This brand doesn’t seem it care about customer then how can you believe it care about YOUR SKIN! Won’t recommend to anyone!

I have been a loyal customer of La Prairie for almost 30 years. La Prairie consultants kept coming and going, but I stayed, as I enjoy the quality of skincare products by La Prairie.Which brings me to the issue of customer service at La Prairie David Jones Bondi Junction: practically, it is non-existent. Why? Because whenever I try to buy something from the counter, nobody is there! Consultants from other brands (there is always someone) would try to help you, but they do not have the knowledge, or authority, necessary to do so. Last time, when I tried to buy something, they assured me that product (skin caviar eye lift) was not possible to find anywhere in Australia! Imagine my joy" and surprise when I easily purchased it at David Jones Elizabeth Street!Considering the premium pricing of La Prairie skin care products

I recently placed an order in response to their Black Friday sale but received an email request to provide credit card details with cvc as well as drivers license information in order to validate the sale. According to Swiss law, which you cited on your online purchase T&Cs - It’s Illegal to solicit and store customer private data over email without clear stipulation on how/why you will use this information and how it will be handled and safeguarded according to Swiss Federal Act of Data Protection Act 1992. Terrible company. No one is going to risk identity theft.

I'm not sure what's going on. I placed an online order on Black Friday, and the company requested my credit card detials + cvv for security check. While I am really cautious about giving out such sensitive information, the customer service said they will cancel my order if I refuse to provide my credit card details with CVV. I thought their purpose was to make sure that it's a valid sales, so I confirmed over the phone that I placed the order and there's no credit card fraud or so, the CS still insist on getting my card's CVV. I then asked how secure of them storing such data, the CS said she didn't know. What an experience.
