The Wellness Studio has a devoted and friendly team offering a modern approach to health and wellness they combine yoga and chiro to improve posture and help the 'urban individual' feel great again! I'd definitely go see these guys!

I can highly recommend Dr. Wayne at the Wellness Studio to anyone looking for a one-stop shop to healthier living! The staff are wonderful, and the studio is welcoming and vibrant. They hold regular information sessions in the evening so you can learn more about how to look after your spine and general wellbeing through adjustments, exercise (including yoga), and good nutrition.
