-star, they dont allow u to hold on the phone call, and they recommand to make a ticket on the website but ive made a ticket and still had no response and its been over a week, i sold my tickets on ticketek marketplace and it says funds should be processed10 days after the event takes place and allow up to 1-2 days for your bank to process funds into your account its been almost 17 days and still no money,ticketek need to pull it together

Bought some tickets to Penn & Teller online.as he show is at QPAC so I added Parking at $23.Now I find the parking ticket must be picked up prior to parking no ticket validation is available.Management that allows such stupidity should be moved on.

I recently purchased tickets to an event in Brisbane and my payment went through but no tickets were allocated due to a glitch. I called QTIX to resolve the issue and their service was prompt, professional and apologetic for the mishap. They accepted responsibility and within 2 days I had great seats allocated to me, 2 rows back from where I originally purchased. Thank you very much for your assistance :)

The staff at QTix counter in QPAC worked as a team to process an elaborate and taxing set of 16 bookings for the pending Brisbane film festival.First a caveat: I only needed to go to a QTix counter because the BIFF and QTix websites had glitches that blocked me doing it myself online without frustrating errors. Possibly relatedly, the festival event details were apparently sometimes confusingly labeled in the counter staff's own booking system.I dealt with three different staff members as the challenging process was successively escalated to more senior personnel over the 70 minutes it took. All of them did a good job of managing my expectations and offering alternatives and workarounds as they steadily collected my requirements, solved problems and confirmed that elements like multi-ticket discounts were being applied.I initially asked if the counter bookings would be walled off from the few festival bookings I had previously successfully secured and viewed online using my own QTix account. I was advised that this might be the case, and I accepted it. However when I checked later I confirmed that they were able to use the email address I had provided to log the E-Tickets I ordered at the counter into the same pool under my established Qtix account. Which will save on confusing searching come festival week.As a topper, the senior person I finished the process with comped me a drink voucher for the QPAC eateries, to compensate for the stress of the long process.So overall, a professional resolution of a disappointing initial situation.
