Please be aware that Amart Furniture does not have a policy that honours price match. If there's a new promotion right after your order has been delivered, Amart will not match the price. Please consider making a new order immediately when a better price has occurred and return the old order to ensure Amart uphold the basic decency of running a business.

Had a warranty claim on a lounge, The leather Doctor came out and said it was a manufacture fault and sent the report to A-Mart. A-Mart response was not our problem but they couldn't give me any details why.VERY POOR AFTER SERVICE but happy to take your money

I would rate 0 stars if I could, absolutely appalling quality and customer service. I ordered a tallboy in early February and the first one that arrived had a drawer that wouldn't close properly (first photo). When I reported the problem I sent the photos and got an automated email to say someone would respond within 48 hours. I didn't get a response for more than 72 hours, and that was only after I called to see what was going on. I was offered a $50 (10%) refund or new drawer runners, neither of which would actually fix the problem. A further 10 days passed before I got confirmation that I would get a replacement.The replacement arrived in worse condition than the first one. The back had been kicked in, one of the top drawers front was broken off, and one of the big drawers had a drawer runner snapped off (photos 2-4). At this time I was offered a $100 (20%) refund on the tall boy despite it being more than 20% damaged, and practically unusable.After yet another two weeks I was told the third one would be arriving within the week. It arrived yesterday, and before I had even fully taken it out of the box I noticed two drawers wouldn't close properly. I thought two new drawers would fix the problem, but after fully taking it out of the box tonight I realised the back of the frame is actually bent out of shape and broken which is causing the drawers to not close properly (photos 5-7).

Our sofa is purchased in Aril 2022, Technically we paid for our sofa in April. Been told that it will be delivered in early June.(11/6)However, when we rang up last week to check if we can book a date for delivery, they told us it’s going to be a delay.Then today we ring again to see if we can get an answer for how much longer we need to wait for, a lady wasn’t too helpful over the phone, she was telling us that it’s gonna be early July. Nothing much they can do.We moved into our new place in April, has been three months now without couch.We have been patiently waiting, we thought we can say welcome to our new couch. But ….we just found out the couch isn’t ready.There was no information regarding to the delay, no updated information from your end. I only find out until we call to chase up.That’s just sad and poor customer service.

I been Amart Furniture Glendale at around 10:45AM on 6 of March 2023. I been there to buy dinning table set, Office table and chair. I found what I was looking for . I was going buy those items. asked the staff what’s the best price you can do for me. He replied me very rudely saying I should have asked same question in service station. I feel that the worst customer service ever I felt entire my life. I will never back to Amart store again and I won’t recommend anyone to go Amart Furniture.
