Transcendental Meditation for Women
I am so happy that I decided to learn TM. I have been practising twice a day for a month and already things seem to be falling into place....my mind is clearer, I have more creativity, energy and sense of purpose. Cathy Knoles at Summerhill is an amazing teacher.

Transcendental Meditation for Women
I am so happy that I found TM for Women! In such a short amount of time my anxiety has reduced and feelings of overwhelm are gone. I have tried many types of meditation over many years but none seemed quite right, or they felt to be a struggle. TM is simply different - simple to learn and simple to practice! Cathy is welcoming and immediately put me at ease. I love the one on one training as well as the group meditation. Highly recommend Cathy and Transcendental Meditation for Women in Summer Hill.
