Westfield Parramatta Car Park
Very easy to park. We arrived early, we have our coffee before watching a movie. The only sad is we didn't know that we spend more than 4 hours and before they will give discount if you are going to watch the movie but not now they no longer give discount

I have been 3 times in the past 6 weeks & have had nothing but problems. It would help if they marked the rows. My last time I had to ring centre management to help me locate my car. That said they were very helpful & I thank the 2 staff who helped me locate my car within minutes. What a nightmare parking is here.

Difficult to find a proper parking space. All the car parking space are too compact to park vehicles easily.Someone bumped on my brand new car and left lot of scratches and peeled off the paint from front side. I went back and shown the exact location where car was parked, but still the Westfield authorities couldn't find who has done that damage to my new car. It was heart breaking and disappointing.

Worst car park.If they close a section of the car park and you want to leave, you have to drive to the roof top and around in circles just to leave. This could take you up to 15-20 mins depending on how busy they are.They need to design a car park that has easy flow and allow people to get in and out effectively.

Often tricky to navigate to the area you want to be in due to how full it is. If you want to get to the Woolies direct to boot parking and the ramp is closed, it's a pain having to funnel through from the higher levels and get back down to the required area. Other than that there are multiple easy access points into the shopping centre.

1 less point for making it frustrating to exit... you enter on one big ramp all the way up in no time.. and to exit its like broadway lol... round and round and round and round... 1 more lost star for making it all the way down and around a billion times and still unable to leave due to: being stuck behind a car who didn't have it's ticket, or refused to pay or whatever the reason was...but the boom gate refused to let the car out for wayyyy too long... Lets just say I was absolutely Loopy" at the very end.. but other than that

No ticket all done by number plate reader and pay station at exits to car parks and they offer for disabled parking for free when you register. Lights on roof to allow you to see if available spaces

Nice 4 hrs free parking for westfield plus members. But sometimes issues with the scanner probably, it shows payment to be made for even its less than 4 hrs parked. Luckily, they have nice staff and intercom to call them and fix the issue.
