I’ve found Kevin and Isabelle from Brownstone Property to be extremely professional, friendly and very approachable for all matters relating to the property we rent. They have responded very promptly to all communication that we have had with them usually offering a solution to any issues/matters we have raised in regards to our rental. One occasion that comes to mind is they were instrumental in assisting us with securing our current rental just days before we moved to Tasmania after our original rental property reneged on the signed lease. I am totally comfortable in providing Brownstone Property my highest rating and happily recommend this company.

Kevin was really quick to get back to us around any questions pertaining to the contract etc, and made sure the property was left in as good condition as a fixer upper could be…big shout out for getting the oven cleaned!
