Absolutely useless , even mascot police agree nothing but a lazy bunch .Waited 2 .5hours to take a statement while donut boy on light duties could only answer the phone but not interview or take a statementEven the staff at a hospital near by agree they waited 3 times and they didnt show up , but then show up 3 days later and wanted things straight away , needs a broom through the joint like the centrelink office next door

Went to get Finger/palm scan done for Security License, but got told they have someone in custody and cant do it now. decided to go next day, found them to be very helpful and efficient. got in all done in 15 min and cant recommend Officer Hulm enough , she was very helpful and professional and understanding. Great Job.

Maybe go in and make a report if it is an ongoing problem. Ie. Abusive neighbour. MAYBE they are understaffed. A stabbing gets priority over loud music for example.They are fine. Try German police for size if u think Aussie cops are rough.

Sargent Bennett is not only a credit to the NSW police force, but to the human race in it's entirety. Her fairness, compassion, and ability to relate to other human beings are traits I could only ever hope to attain. Others in her working environment could benefit from paying attention to her work ethic.

Rude, power-tripping, nigh-incompetent bullies. I have been pulled over twice (once on a motorcycle, once on a bicycle) by Maroubra police. Both times I was subjected to the kind of harassment that would get customer-facing employees disciplined or outright fired. I have gone from having a positive/neutral view of police to telling everyone with ears about how unnecessarily aggressive and untrustworthy they are. Did their staff perhaps forget that they are here to serve the community?

I provided the contact information of the person who stole the item, the identity information and the text message that he admitted to stealing the item. Then I waited for half a year, and the police told me they were still working hard?

I had to enlist the services of the Maroubra police a few years ago to remove a flatmate having a violent psychotic episode. They were very professional and caring. Today I availed upon them to notarize some documents for me. Again their service was excellent and much appreciated.

Had very bad experience with their officers. After reading other reviews I see that im not the only one who encountered similar problem. This particular station has some serious issues. Their officers think they are above the law. I’m disgusted by the way they behave. Probably were bullied when young so now taking advantage on the power they have. Take off their badge - just a nobody trying to be somebody.

Waited 2 hours for assistance after prang, no one came.Will have better luck sending smoke signals to Tasmania.Plan B - Mascot Police Station if anyone needs help in the area.
