Had my 2nd laser treatment in this clinic. Meg is very helpful, professional and outstanding at her job. She makes me feel very comfortable during the treatment while giving me the best results. Definitely recommend to see meg .

I booked in for an appointment for an injectable consultation 3pm Saturday. Put it in my calander.Came in Saturday, wasted allot of my time trying to find a park, got there 20min early and let them know I was here early and she was like all good come back at 3.It was the lady who booked me the first timeCame back, it was a different lady. She said I had no appointment and the injectable nurse was not even in today.So I just wasted allot of time for nothing.Not going back after that.

Just went there recently for laser hair removal and was very pleased with the service. They got me into the appointment quickly even though I called the day of, and the woman who did my laser was very nice and efficient (I think her name was Georgie or Georgia?).

Do not purchse any package at this clinic. Once you have paid it's impossible to book an appointment, if you finally do they will cancel it last minute with a message that the staff is sick. I tried to call the clinic - the number was invalid!! I rang the head office, they informed me to get a refund I have to wait for the management to review it which can take more than 2 weeks. Worst place ever.

Pre paid for hair removal, two days before my appointment they told me a Staff member was sick and couldn’t do it. I rang the customer service line to reschedule and was informed no one was sick, they just don’t do Sundays now. So I had to reschedule at a different clinic, that is on the opposite side of Brisbane and wait over a month to get in. Two days before that appointment they sent me a txt canceling! Rang customer service again who said I can’t have a refund but someone would call me to discuss my options. Two weeks on from then and I have heard nothing. It’s been months since I originally prepaid for hair removal. This whole franchise seems like a bit of a joke.

when results laser first open at chermside a lady was out the front handing out leaflets. I was interested in under arms and brazilian cause I was already having treatment done somewhere else. There was a special at the time of $29. I was told by this lady (Renee) that the price will never go higher the $39. It turn out not to be true. I rarely was charged at that price it even cost me $60 at one stage. I had 10 treatments there, so I did see myself as a good customer. Other then that the girls were mostly nice enough. And I never had to wait to long

Staff are very personable and professional and the company quite often runs good promotions (making treatments affordable). I've been to a few different laser salons in Chermside and results is by far my favourite, due to the friendly staff.

I have had treatments at Results Chermside on a few occasions now. they are always polite and professional. It is very important to be made feel comfortable when you are feeling a little nervous about a treatment. Summa is always very kind and helpful and Ivy is wonderful. She is very gentle and gives a lot of attention to details.I would highly recommend their services.

This place is a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I booked an appointment for my pre packed laser over the phone, worst customer service ever and couldn’t book for at least 2 months in advance after my original appointment got cancelled for someone being ‘sick’. Day before my appointment I check my account and appointment was never booked by the rude lady over the phone. They turn the laser down super low so you have to keep going in and isn’t as effective. Do not go here.

After a terrible experience at a different laser company I booked an appointment with Meg. She is just wonderful!! Sooo lovely and made sure I was comfortable with the entire treatment. She made me feel so welcome! Highly recommend booking with her
