Ordered a watersnake inApril and was told I would get it in about 2 weeks. I recived it half way through July. Every time I rang up about it or dropped in I was told that they would get back to me later that day they didn't ring back to let me know what was happening. They kept blaming Jarvis Walker for not sending it or for holding it up.No communicationWill not shop here again

I was in Australia on vacation, visiting friends and I had to pop in when we drove by. What a great shop! We drove by two more times and I had to stop in then as well. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The shop had all the fly fishing gear that I needed. My only gripe was the lack of staff in the upper section made getting service a challenge.

After being a keen fisherman as a young bloke I'd been out of it for years, I won a rod and reel in a competition and thought I'd try out braided line, I walked in to Fishing tackle Australia with next to no knowledge of braid. The place was packed with customers in Christmas mode. I was absolutely amazed by the service and knowledge of the gentleman that served me, he made time to advise me on what I needed, how to tie it and all that I needed to know to get started. This was not a large sale for them and still bent over to help. As a manager of a retail store in Coffs myself I couldn't recommend these guys more.Thanks

Possibly the biggest fishing tackle shop in the world....that's their claim right at the front of the store and I have not been to a bigger one....Indeed, this store is huge! All the fishing gear you'll ever need, on sale here... Must visit when in Coffs Harbour.

Bought a top of the line tackle box ,got home (25 min drive)and found it was broken !Went back in(another 25min)drive and they swapped it!Offered me a stubbie cooler as compensation!What a joke!
