Olly was extremely helpful with repairing my watch which had not been serviced in a few years. The end result was below budget and he was very attentive in answering all of myquestions throughout the entire process. Will definitely be sending my other timepieces to him in the future.

I thoroughly recommend Oliver for his excellent, professional watch repair service. I took my vintage Seiko Quartz to a so called watch maker for a routine battery replacement. Shortly after, my watch stopped so I took it to Oliver who found that the battery had not been properly installed and there were 2 screws missing! A problem because being old, parts for my watch can be hard to obtain. Oliver successfully obtained replacement screws, and fitted a new battery - and no charge! This watch has great sentimental value to me and I was very upset at it being mistreated by the previous so called watch maker. I'm so very grateful to Oliver for repairing my watch. To anyone who is having watch problems i say go to Oliver"."

Friendly and helpful service with a clear level of expertise and passion for their craft. I will return to OBR for future watch servicing without hesitation.I went searching for an independent after Omega quoted me 6-8 *months* for a full overhaul of my 1998 GoldenEye Seamaster. OBR completed the same spec of work in only 9 weeks (6-8 quoted) for a similar price. I also appreciate that they have taken a sensible approach to the casework restoration - it has been taken to as close to flawless as I think you could get without ruining the original lines. Better to keep tiny subtle marks of age than alter the shape of the case. An important detail that can be easily screwed up.
