I contacted SPI Property Inspections and they were able to send me an inspector the very next day. They have given me great service and provided me with a comprehensive report highlighting all the issues for my house. A client recommended SPI, having used them for previous commercial inspections. We recently purchased a property in regional Victoria and requested a building inspection from the estate agent. He recommended SPI and within a day of our request, SPI (Rod Poyser in particular) had arranged an inspection with the vendor and the report was emailed to us the same day. We used SPI Property Inspections for an Owner Builder 137B Defects report on our deck/veranda which was a requirement when selling our house.SPI sent Paul along for our job. Paul got up early to make our house by 8am and accommodate me so I could get to work on time.He was on time, efficient, very friendly and very professional.
