I purchased a new dog and cat bagless Hoover vaccum about 6am this morning and it was ready to click and collect by 8.30am and lady even opened early for me to pick it up, unfortunately I didn't get her name but I can't recommend the Mackay shop, service and products more highly.What would take normally with help of a cat fur brush up to an hour only took me 15 mins and its cleaner than before, my rugs look brand new again.

Professional & friendly service.The staff took the time to demo products and answer questions and even help carry my new vac to the car. Once I changed my mind and took it back, they processed my refund without any complication. Thanks, guys.

Dan was exceptional at explaining the products we were interested in. We felt he was very honest in the pros and cons of each machine. Absolutely will return to Godfrey’s Mackay if this is the customer care standard. Resulted in a mischievous higher priced sale then we went In for so I guess he is a good sales man also.
