Italian Gourmet Hampers

I’m so blown away by the Customer service I received from Melinda today. I found her phenomenal website searching to get something as a farewell gift for my boss who is a proud Italian and I was spoilt for choice. I know he will like the hamper, and I am so appreciative of Melinda calling me to say my original pack was on B/O - I had selective eyesight when I ordered so my own fault, but she got a replacement hamper sorted, packed and I have the tracking number before it has left. I work in transport industry and understand the importance of great customer service, this was not just great this was SUPERB. I will definitely be back- Thank you Melinda.
