Leederville Community Pharmacy

The lady at the passport/visa services was rude and extremely unprofessional. First, she didn't want to take pics correctly as per requirement and was rolling eyes when we asked for more pics to shows the ears correctly. Then, she was not cutting the copies correctly saying it's her lunch time.

The pharmacist and other staff here are knowledgeable, patient, and kind even during the busiest periods! Not my local anymore but I still come ☺️

Craig and the team here are so incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Cannot speak more highly of them and their help during my recent pregnancy. There is not a an issue they can't solve. Have had our flu shots done here, they are also offering AZ COVID-19 vaccine here. A great selection of baby ware, beauty/make up and gift ware.

I visit this pharmacy quite often as its near my work. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.. the pharmacists are always good at explaining to me the potential side affects of what they are giving me and ways that I can combat them.

Not the first time I have been here and being treated poorly, the ladies is really helpful but the guy that work there is completely a jerk and intolerant , the lady was explaining to me based in my symptoms that I should take a medicine with other medicine that I already take and he came with his opinion that wasn’t even requested , and he answered me with so much arrogance saying that if I already know what to take he doesn’t need to give me his advice that once again I didn’t asked, he should learn how to respect others and learn a better customer service. One of worse place I have been, I went only to buy a nurofen because I am in so much pain and I left with this experience and is not the first time with the same guy, old, arrogant and stupid.

I've been here twice for check ups and the staff are friendly (of course!) and knowledgeable. Prices seemed reasonable and there's plenty of parking. Going back for another check up soon!

Never had such a good experience in a pharmacy in my life!! I came there to get antibiotics for my throat, I'm not an Australian citizen and I don't have health insurance. The team especially Kate were so kind to me and didn't let me leave the place before they booked an online appointment for me to make sure I'm getting the prescription. Besides their endless patience and their kindness they literally made me feel like someone care about me and my health and this is a really rare feeling you can have being so far from home. Im so touched and grateful I almost forgot my pain and sickness. Thanks a lot guys, you have no idea how big is it for me.

Never thought there could be such thing as an “amazing” pharmacy experience but I had to write this review as soon as I walked out. Craig was an amazing help, got attended to super quickly and he helped me with accessing my electronic prescription, didn’t need to even do the standard “5-10 min wait” for him to fill it. Super knowledgeable about my meds and pricing, and immediately trusted him. Will be coming back regularly which I have never felt pulled to do with another pharmacy before :)

I was a local at this pharmacy for 4 years - really got to know the entire team working with Craig and Kate. A wonderful team, felt like part of the family, nothing was too difficult and they offer a wide range of quality products and services at affordable prices. Highly recommended!

Friendlies chemist not so friendly. Having worked in Leederville for a long time I have gone to this Pharmacy quite a few times over the years,. I have never once received a positive customer service experience, the pharmacist is super rude and unhelpful and their prices are ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.
