Matt managed the presale renovation of our apartment on-time and on-budget with minimal hassle on my part. I wouldn't have been able to get it done without him, especially during Covid! He also sourced a fencing contractor for a difficult new fence installation at another property when I couldn't find anyone else who would do it. Thanks Matt!

“Matt organised a kitchen renovation for us on our unit we were putting up for a sale in West Footscray. We live interstate so all communication needed to be done via email and phone calls. Matt made the whole process very easy. He was easy to talk to, reliable and made renovating from a distance possible. This is our second time we have asked Matt to run a project for us and we would definitely do it again. We were very pleased with the finish results, all work was completed to a high standard. Worked with matt on an apartment project we had. New kitchen, new bathroom, new flooring , electric and painting. He did an excellent job . This is an investment property , Matt did a excellent job in helping us keep the budget low but also making the place look great. I will be working with Matt again.
