I'm leaving this review because even though my experience took place years ago, it still burns me up every time I drive by.I broke down just up the highway from his shop, after hours. I'm a decent backyard mechanic and diagnosed the issue myself, confirmed by the NRMA guy who was not just a clueless technician" but in fact a retired mechanic. A case of a bad fuel pump

A place to avoid.They quoted me $650 for the labour alone to do ONE rear wheel bearing on a falcon ute. Mechanic said “it’s a pretty labour intensive job” when given the quote. For contrast I rang around a few other places and was quoted $340-$400 including parts and two of them mentioned it’s a 1.5 hour job.Also decided to leave abs and dsc faults on the dash from when they diagnosed the wheel bearing as “the place who does the job will just need to clear them anyway”

Driving from Bathurst to Sydney to sell a car on a Saturday, on the trip down the accessory belt failed, called a Blaxland business only to be directed to these guys, called them up, told them the issue and organised parts within minutes, at an inconvenience they still fitted me in to get me back on my way. Sold the car and headed back to my new born baby in orange,I cant thank them enough for there understanding. Very nice office also.If i still lived in warimoo i would definitely be using them.Thanks again guys

They were very helpful, came out to me, when it was thought the immobiliser was the problem. It was my petrol pump that was the problem, they checked it very thoroughly. When I asked for their help, they were there for me.Got my car back to me as soon as they could.Whenever I have questions they always try to assist me with answers, or will follow-up if I need answers.Overall very good service & they actually care about you.Thanks Brayden & all the staff who helped me out.

Graeme and his band of merry men, have been servicing my vehicles for a few years now and I am a very fussy old guy & don't like things like overcharging oil , Dirt on seats and sudden dents appearing .Graham and his team go out of their way to do what I want at a fair price and always call if something unknown pops up. If a problem happens they fix it / they are without doubt the fairest guys in the mtns..they also treat My Wife & my Daughters vehicles with utter respect. Just a finishing touch they have a nice waiting room & there is a Cafe and Pub nearby what more can I say. except see you soon guys !

My car sustained a flat tyre and I rang Graeme Horner Automotive (GHA) as they were close to where I work. The receptionist was able to book the car in on the same day. The car was fixed with a new tyre within 20mins. The team at GHA were friendly and efficient and I am one happy customer! I will definitely be using their service again in the future! :-)

Had our vehicle at Graeme Horner for emergency clutch repairs and although the initial phone conversation was promising, it quickly became a very stressful and costly experience. Communication was very poor and the staff were very short and vague with answering our questions regarding when it would be finished, how much extra they were charging from original quote and customer service in general. After numerous calls with no answer to the question being asked, I got to speak with Graeme himself and after explaining our concerns, he told me to think of the experience as character building. I was gobsmacked. When we finally got it back and paid the additional $631 they had charged us without notifying us first, we found greasy hand prints throughout interior of vehicle and our car was running alot rougher than before we had taken it in. Very disappointed with the overall service and will not recommend or return. If you are seeking an honest and reliable mechanic that values it's customers, go elsewhere.

Do not use this business. I was given a quote for work that wasn’t necessary. I would steer clear of this business at all costs.Edit: Quote only. I knew the work that was quoted did not need doing. Thanks Brayden. No thanks!
