We have a great weekly cleaner and Beyond Cleaning Group are a fantastic company who are very helpful, understanding and caring. Great that they send out reminders and are quick to get a replacement or change of times for a clean if warranted. Highly recommend this company

Lovely people to deal with and Hermynee the regular lady - so efficient

DO NOT BOTHER! Constant cancellations, promises that a cleaner would come and then cancelled at the last minute. The real kicker was when a cleaner claimed to have cleaned the house (she didn’t), then when questioned she said she cleaned the wrong house! I never heard back as to how this was resolved. I checked with my next door neighbour if somebody had “accidentally” cleaned her house, she said no but she had also tried to use Beyond Cleaning and they had cancelled on her 45 minutes AFTER the clean was supposed to start. Poor communication with each other. If you can use a local group that would at least have some accountability.

I work for this business for 10 months now and never experienced any sort of negativity. The owner as well as all the office staff and other employees are friendly and supportive. Holly cares about her employees, is always approachable and understanding. I feel very lucky to be part of an ethical business like that.
