25 bucks and my car was still filthy, dust was left all over my wheels and dirt marks still left all over my car. very poor clean

I have used this car wash for years, but since there is a new owner, it has become a complete disaster. The new machines are hopeless, the car comes out dirty. Much more serious is that the business is a rip-off: prices are no longer displayed at the entrance from Avoca street, and even when you are almost in the car wash bay, there is still no visible price information. By the time you ask the oeprator, and find out that the prices for a very low quality car wash is an exorbitant $20, it is very difficult to back out or turn around in the very confined space, so drivers are essentially trapped. Not clearly displaying prices is a serious consumer offence, and they should be prosecuted. avoid this place - it is now run by a dishonest, rip-off operator who deserves to go bankrupt.

Paid $15 for a car wash with wax and wheel wash and I had to go home and wash the alloys myself. Bad service also I will never be back and advise anyone to not go near the place!

My car had small spots that needed attention prior to wash, the guy said the Premium wash would give a great result.I paid cash and proceeded through the bay. The Premium wash did not appear to take any longer?On return home I noticed small dirty spots over my car? I telephoned and the guy said bring it back and we will redo.After lunch I went over and there were no other cars waiting.I was told by the guy that I should have had a hand wash and that would cost me thirty five dollars on top of the twenty five just paid.I suggested that he attend to the spots and the car to be run through the bay again to wash of the chemicals.The guy became very annoyed and said I am just going to give you your money back and handed me a folded twenty dollar note. I asked for my other five dollars which he retrieved.Prior to leaving he learnt down and in menacing tone said don't come back!'.I am 70 plus and was indeed frightened by his demeanor. I am going lodge a report with the relevant authorities.

Poor unfriendly service, expensive as well. Went to the nearby Crystal instead which provided good service.

Great Carwash. Inexpensive. The cheapest car wash in the area. And lovely guys running it.

Have been washing my cars here for years but now the place appears to be under new management who have jacked up the prices and installed a new machine which produces worse results. My car had stains all over it that weren't removed and I paid $25 for the privilege. Wheels were still filthy despite promises of 'amazing' results. Won't be coming back.
