Most impressed with the level of service provided. Daily communication as to stage of works - sms. Booking of Uber to pick up hire car. Final result being quality workmanship, car is looking like it is brand new - highly recommend.

Worst nightmare! Don’t ever risk your car at Watsmith.Ended up here for a not at fault accident.Reception seemed friendly but it all went downhill from there.Took about 3 weeks for job “completion” and they left it unfinished. They also threw out my original RS badge (and after all this found out Subaru don’t stock them anymore).Sides of the defuser were not painted as per original factory paint job. I was told that’s how the bumper comes from factory, they then looked at photos after the crash and realised it was their mistake.I also found white scuff marks near the exhaust exit on the new bumper.Eventually got it booked in again after I re-organised a hire car via insurance.They again tried to justify again it not being done due to possible stones from the road cracking the paint.Another 2 weeks go by, for something that should’ve taken a couple of hours to paint.I go to pick it up and bring it home, find a large scuffed area near the left parking sensors (i’m guessing they either dropped or dragged the bumper accidentally or something when taking it off to re-paint).It was very difficult to see in direct sunlight but could also feel the scuff.I call up that evening and mention it and they say come back in and show us.The guy who came out to check it wasJosh. Beyond rude and shows the values of this business!He said give me 5 minutes with it. Pretty sure he just used a buffer on it but you simply can’t fix scratched paint like that.I said I could still see it and if he could move it into the workshop so I could show him in a more dimly lit area. Josh said he couldn’t see it and that he does this every day and this was the standard. I asked Josh to chat to another manager and all he said was I’m the manager and can’t help you any further. I had to ask Patrick at reception to come and have a look and he said sure but I’m Patrick’s boss. They both again denied seeing the scuffs.This whole business was a joke and insulting, hope no one is else has to deal with this ever.After going here I had someone else check it all out, they pointed out bad fitment, we also found more bad paint spots on the bumper. There were even clips missing holding the bumper too!All resolved now at a different repair centre under insurance. Night and day difference in customer service. Whole bumper had to be replaced, another shield plate too, due to the horrible quality of the job from Watsmith and all the scuff marks!

If you are looking for the kind of people and place who remember your name when you walk through the door again after 12 months then you've found it. I first used Watsmiths when my brand new car was Keyed within weeks of buying it. They made it 'go away' as if it had never happened, reasonably and quickly. When I was bumped into by an honest person, I asked them again to fix what I thought was only a minor scratch. They immediately pointed out what I had not seen. The impact had done damage to a fog light fitting and it had separated from the bumper. This was right before Christmas and so it took a long time to get my car in with the break and a backlog but my car was totally drivable. I checked my car in on Monday and was told it would take 7 to 10 days. It was ready Thursday afternoon of the same week and looks fantastic. My car was returned clean inside and out. Watsmiths have been slick, professional and friendly throughout the entire process. I will always go back to them to sort things out for me if I find I need to. Thank you so much.

If you’re looking for panel work, look no further. Although only a relatively small job, Watsmith was professional and very responsive from my very first call to the collection of my car. I dealt with Patrick who was very helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with the result. My car looks like new.

Aviod this place. Paint was a shade out, car is only 1 year old so not sure how you get that wrong.Panels not fitted properly, bonnett was an after market one and poorly made.Grille not fitted properly it is a two piece, one piece was sticking out slightly.Bonnett was level on one side and 4mm lower on the other.Rang insurance company they said take it back.I went elsewhere and used my own money to rectify the problems as l did not want these guys touching my car again.If they cant get it right the first time l don't want them anywhere near my car.

Brilliant brilliant service. Patrick and team were very sympathetic to our problems, and got our vehicle repaired after an accident in a very short time, and we're very happy to see how it turned out! As good as new!
