The food and drinks are simply lovely….when you get them. Though the staff are nice enough, they take so long to prepare an order, there is no organisation and they spend their time going back and forth with confusion which causes you to wait nearly half an hour for bagels and drinks. The phone number is not for the store and it isn’t answered on a weekend. It would be nice if we could call ahead to place an order.

This was one of the BEST experiences I’ve had with online ordering. I ordered a birthday gift for my partner to be delivered to his work site. I was provided with real-time tracking visibility of the order and was also provided with POD including photos. Amazing! Great product, great service.I will definitely be using this company again.

Ok. So I get you put more in our order than what we ordered, you meant well. But next time just cancel the order or don’t confirm unless you have what we ordered as what I got was pretty gross. Why would I want a vegan donut if I didn’t order that specifically? And as for the filling in the Oreo donut that’s actually disgusting what is it just straight icing? I feel sick after eating half of it. I binned the other half. What a waste of what would of been nice had it of been unfilled or filled with something normal like cream or chocolate?And as for the other stuff, really? Peanut butter and jam? Only people with a particular pallet would like that sort of donut and that’s not me. Some of them are just yuck. The only one I think is nice is the plain iced. To clarify I ordered 4 Caramilk, 1 Oreo cheesecake, 2 snickers, 1 ferero rocher and 1 mnm Nutella. I don’t think I could have gotten further from what I ordered some of them are just weird combinations. Please in future just cancel orders you cannot fulfill. Menulog already marks up the price enough without it being something you can’t even eat .

Walk in an be greeted with the most witching staff. Smell the fresh donuts with few seats and some outside.The red donut just released today with a sweet and gingery flavour.All donuts are soft and fluffy. I thoroughly enjoyed the caramilk donut which was sweet but not too overpowering.

Doughnuts are displayed nicely in the window and staff are friendly, but didn't know much about the donut flavours or fillings. Prices are a little unclear as there are different prices and donut box deals. They did not have all the flavours available as listed on their website and instagram pages, but they did have quite a wide selection. If you're after something in particular, I would recommend calling ahead and confirming they have it in stock.Overall, the dough was fluffy, the flavours were 'true' to their name and they were a decent size. HIGHLIGHT was the Rocher Dossant (donut/croissant) It had a beautiful flakey pastry, a nutty taste, sweet nutella on top and some wafers for crunch! Donuts- we got oreo cheesecake, nutella filled, lemon, biscoff, and caramel. Oreo was DELICIOUS, the cheesecake filling was soft, sweet but not too 'cream' tasting like some of the other oreo donuts, nutella was basic but can't disappoint. The Biscoff was topped well, but needed filling as it was a bit plain, the lemon curd filling was delicious, but the topping tasted a bit like a 'Kids DIY icing kit form coles' (Just sugar and water if you know what I mean) and the caramel was nice, but nothing special.I'm glad we made the visit, the dossant is well worth the trip. No doubt, the donuts are very tasty, and we thoroughly enjoyed them, but I wouldn't say they're the best in Melbourne suburbia.

I like this shop because the staff are nice and the donuts are amazing. But the last two times I went there, there were no staff at the front, and no one came when I called out, and there was no bell. I don't remember what time it was specifically.

This is the worst company, didn't even received my package and still struggling to get my money back. Customer service is terrible and don't even help. Will be filing a formal complaint to NSW fair trading

These are the best donuts I've ever eaten! I've had all the donuts and they are all delicious! The hardest thing is choosing only 4.The staffs are all absolutely fantastic. Nice, friendly and all in all great customer service. I highly recommend you try them
