Order placed on 13th January and after not receiving my order or receiving any communication that there would be a delay, I contacted the company on 3rd Feb. I was then told they were currently out of stock and had an ETA of mid Feb. When asked why I hadn't been contacted about the delay the response was...Good evening,It is extremely hard to be able to make contact with all our customersSorry for the inconvenienceOther companies, I was dealing with at the time seemed to have no trouble reaching out to customers to let them know of delays with stock deliveries and this was very much appreciated.Still nothing by March, so on 9th March I asked that they cancel my order and refund my money. This has still not happened. I have had excuse after excuse including -My Apologies, there were system issues this week with our accounts department. This will be refunded on 23.03.2022Sorry for the inconvenienceNo refund has landed in my account as of today 26th March.Will never deal with this company again. The lack of communication and transparency is appalling.

We have been dealing with Vital for a while now. They have been excellent. Our account manager is Nina and she is a pleasure to deal with, she is courteous, super helpful and ALWAYS available.Their online system for ordering and payment is so efficient, useful and user friendly.Thank you so much NinaGod bless

Why does the Google maps page and the authorised reseller page on 3M LITMAN Australia show in store shopping and accessible wheel entrance when they clearly don’t have any physical store?

Vital has been a fantastic business partner over the last 12 months. Helen (our account liaison) has been great. She is always quick to respond and sort out any queries, issues or support any projects we are working on.

I ordered products yesterday, delivered today, but NOT the products I ordered. I have sent 2 x emails to sales, waited on the phone for 50 mins to the accounts dept (no answer), left 2 x messages and there is no response from the Company to any effort to get this rectified. Customer service is non existent.

Outstanding customer service and communication.So rare these days that you can even contact a company by phone and talk to a real human being straight away.I received my quality goods safely, promptly and dealing with Helen was just a pleasure.

Easy to deal with - excellent website and great price for the product I was seeking. Good to know that this type of service exists.

Vital Medical has continued to be a reliable service and respond very well to any feedback we've needed to provide over the years. They have been able to rectify any challenges we've faced, and have always been polite on all phone calls. The website ordering service could do with a bit of spruce in terms of images and descriptions of the some of the less common medical items, but that's really my only suggestion. We have trialled other medical supply providers, and have found Vital to be the easiest to communicate with, and very competitively priced.

Prompt shipping, service excellent, product amazing but from a waste point of view please consider more appropriate packaging for smaller items. Such a waste!
