I had my vehicle develop an issue that necessitated replacing the alternator two days before Christmas. We were up from Melbourne and needed to get back for Christmas. After speaking to the team at 9am I was able to drop my car off, have the alternator replaced and get the car back on the very same day. The price came out to be the bottom end of the range expected and the team were polite and efficient.I hope the team had a merry Christmas, as they were a critical part of our family being together for the holiday.

Excellent work by the two guns in this store. Friendly, helpful with great prices and excellent customer service. The titan lightbar lights up the road just as the ol boy said it would. Ill be back guys !

Dropped my car there to get a electrical problem looked at. I booked it in with one of the workers then when I turned up with my car the boss seen me and was not informed I was dropping it off and wasn’t happy. Left it there for a couple of months. No word from them. Stopped by to ask if they have had any luck with it or a chance to look at it and got nothing but rudeness from the boss telling me “look mate,I told you I’ll have a look at it when I can get to it”. Left it a couple more weeks with no word from them,then went and picked it up. Would not recommend them. Attitude was terrible and definitely would never go back there again!!

Very quick and value for money.Their Super Charge Batteries are very low priced, competitive compared to the discount shops as they can't compete with their lower prices, as I have bought 3 batteries from them and 2 recently. The 11 plate batteries last very well. As they have a good range of the stop start batteries as well that suits the late model Ford Focus.I had a ground short and I was surprised it was not that expensive to get fixed. Done on short notice on a Saturday.Very professional.
