We have been using John at our business for the past 4 or 5 years. He built a new computer for us while we were on Christmas break & didn't interfere with business. He will respond very quickly to the smallest or silliest question & makes our lives easy as far as computing goes. Can't fault his service.

I have been using John's service (Rent a Geek) at my local business - Mullumbimby Hire and Sales - for almost 10 years. I have always found John to be intelligent, polite, friendly and willing to go the extra mile for his clients. Big or small jobs - you can guarantee service is always prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. We currently run 5 computer systems in store and can rest easy knowing our computers are looked after, backed up and ready for business every single day. Could not ask for more from your computer service man!

John from Rent a Geek has provided me with computer support on numerous occasions and has always been effective in resolving the my IT issues.He has put together a PC specific to my small business needs and although a component purchased from another source was faulty , John worked promptly to rectify the problem and get me back online.I would recommend Rent a Geek for IT support in the Byron and surrounding Shire.

My tablet crashed while on holiday - the response from John and Wendy was delightful, friendly, efficient, considerate and generous. Unfortunately it was beyond repair but the speed with which John sorted this out and the follow up offer of the loan of a tablet for the duration of my stay in the area was quite unexpected, and above and beyond any expectations. Thanks Guys
