The Yoga Shala
We went up to Port Macquarie for my sisters hens weekend away. I found the Yoga Shala on google. I contacted The yoga Shala and spoke with Denis. For a few weeks I stayed in contact with Denis and went through exactly what the hens group (8) of us wanted. Denis assisted and answered all of my questions which made me book a yoga session with Denis from The Yoga Shala. We had our yoga session on Saturday 3rd October 2020 on green grass overlooking Town Beach which was amazing. Everyone loved the session, was comfortable with Denis as an instructor and listening to the beach waves topped up the yoga session which was outstanding.Thank you Denis.

The Yoga Shala
The Yoga Shala was a lovely slow stretching and experience the day of attended the gong was used. It really was a lovely experience.
