I attend this clinic with my elderly Grandfather and I could not be more impressed with the service and the staff, from the moment we walk in we are made to feel welcome, the front staff are friendly efficient and very attentive to our needs.The Nurses and Doctors we have dealt with are above reproach they listen carefully to every question I might have and the answers they give really leave me with a sense that I have been made aware of all options available and leave me confident to move forward.I highly recommend the service provided here.

Horrible experience. Been to the doctor 3 times in the space of a month about an ongoing health concern. Completely missed the fact my sons adenoids and tonsils are enlarged causing issues. Didn’t check his ears either. Kept chucking antibiotics at us which weren’t working and out the door.Later went to a new doctor to find out his tonsils and adenoids are enlarged and received an ENT referral. On top of a SEVERE ear infection.

My experience with this clinic was a most welcoming experience, from the very first phone call to the visit. All staff are friendly and very helpful and the Doctor’s were lovely too. My husband and I are not regular patients, but went for our COVID vaccination. If I lived closer I would make this my regular clinic.

I made a booking more than 24 hours prior. Showed up 5 minutes before my booking to be told they can’t find it or have no evidence of it. Then to be told sorry, we are booked out for the next 6 days due to a public holiday. My booking was extremely important too.

The Lang Lang Community Family Medicine has excellent staff, excellent facilities and makes all feel welcome! I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by name as soon as I entered the bright cheery waiting room (despite having never been there before!). The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful to a person who was very unsure about getting a Covid vaccine!! A huge plus is it didn’t even hurt. Very very impressed…. Well done!

I find the staff at the surgery all very friendly and helpful.Tammy the nurse is so good at her job she doesn't hurt at all when giving injections of any kind.They are all very caring and l feel very comfortable discussing anything with them.
