Had a fabulous massage yesterday. I have a frozen shoulder and have developed saw neck, shoulder and arms. I dropped in on the off chance and luckily they could fit me in. The 30 minute massage from the man was just what I needed. I feel so much better today and will return.

I found it to be a very beneficial experience. The therapist was attentive to the area that was bothering me, and did help to alleviate some discomfort. Bonus is you can claim on your private health insurance.

Had a remedial massage here - the female massage therapist swapped with a male therapist 3/4 through without any prior discussion. Also did not ask if any injuries or illness was present at the beginning of treatment just asked to lay on the bed. Massage wasn't relaxing or remedial... unfortunately would not recommend.The place itself was nicely presented.

Even though friendly and clean i think the massage was poor. After the first 20 minutes of being massaged with the forearm and the elbow i asked her to use her hands which she reluctantly did. Also we were constantly interrupted because they had to answer the phones and walk ins. They did add the time but still interrupts the experience. Overall i think it was average and i won't return.

very good at his job when my neck or back is aching will always go to Body haven massage @ acupunture. would recomend him to any one who has a problem with neck back problems.

Sophie knows where your knots are and applies just the right pressure for it. One of the best I’ve met. Have been coming here every week! Highly recommended!

I had pain and pins and needles in my right arm when I slept. The pain was at a 8/10 so didn't sleep on and off for a week or more. Seen a doctor but had to wait three weeks for an ultrasound. I also have a phobia of needles, but one morning I couldn't take it anymore. My husband had tried acupuncture with success so I rang Body Haven and they told me to come straight in. My wife and I booked in at short notice for full body massages. Very good quality massages that lasted a little more than the full hour. Allthe staff were busy so my therapist occasionally popped out quickly to attend reception, but I could see they were busy and this didn't spoil my experience.
