From design to installation, the process was seamless and Lucy was terrific to work with, ensuring high-quality, attractive and functional cabinetry.

I am absolutely blown away with the kitchen Lucy designed and created for us! We initially consulted with Lucy but assumed we wouldn't be able to afford a custom kitchen on our tight reno budget. We were amazed that Lucy produced a custom and such high quality kitchen to our budget. She did wonders with our small space and has made such a special space in our home. Thank-you Lucy!

Dream Kitchen, wardrobes and laundryI had all my cabinetry including kitchen, laundry, WIR and robes designed and installed by Lucy and her team for a full renovation of my home.  The process was amazing from first contact and past installation stage.Lucy is exceptionally experienced and listened to the brief and guided me with suggestions and tweaks. I have ended up with a product that far surpassed my expectations.The quoting process was quick; the renders provided in the quote were exceptional so I was able to see exactly what I my new kitchen et al would look like.  Lucy walked me through the whole process, gave me timeframes, and was very reasonable when it came to changes, (not many needed, this is where her experience shines -  she read me like a book – suggested options I would have never thought of all whilst keeping within budget).  All pricing was broken down simply, in detail room by room, so very easy to understand therefore preventing surprises or misunderstandings.  The whole process was fully transparent with every detail explained.Installation was very professional Lucy was on site and worked exceptionally well with the builders she addressed and rectified faults immediately. (Only a couple of small things due to transport and weather).I believe she went way beyond her scope of work  – and always responded promptly to questions I had. I cannot tell you how much I love love the end result, there were no surprises, always open communication, and all too easy. After moving in Lucy has made follow up calls to the house, to fix a couple of things that were out of alignment due to removals and small accidents- her service is next level. My home is incredible thanks to Lucy… I would use Lucy and her team again in a heartbeat.

I have now used Lucy for two kitchen design and installs. On my most recent renovation she also did wardrobe design and install as well as bathroom and laundry cabinetry. Her creative, stylish designs have been spot on for each property. Her experience obvious with intelligent, practical designs making use of every available mm of space in the areas. I am not easily convinced of a better design when I think I have it perfect in my head. She has been able to lead me to more effective use of space on several points making me realise my original idea, mmmm, not so perfect. Her install team are professional and obliging, not always the way trades. Use her, she’s absolutely bloody brilliant.

Lucy at Cocina was so professional and communicative throughout the whole process of designing our home. She designed and arranged all of our cabinetry and robes and study with ease and always had great suggestions. We pretty much left it all in her hands. She communicated clearly when to expect deadlines to be met and the result looks great! The costings were very reasonable for the amount of cabinetry we had installed.
